An inventory is a crucial document that is singed by our agent, landlord and the tenant at the beginning of the tenancy. The inventory will give both landlord and tenant the reassurance that there property will be returned in the same condition minus wear and tear back to the landlord.
This document helps both parties if there is ever a dispute we can revert to it and get this resolved.

Moving In
A detailed inventory is done by one of our qualified agents at the beginning of the tenancy this is a full list of all goods left by the landlord, we take photographic evidence of all goods there condition, fixtures and fittings
Moving Out
When a tenant leaves the property we revert back to this document to make sure it is in the same condition as it was minus wear and tear which can be agreed at the beginning of the tenancy
Midterm Inspection
This report is done at the middle of the tenancy it is great way to see the condition of the property and its contents
